Located on the top of Triangle Mountain in the community of Colwood BC, Bexhill Place is a modern, bright and spacious home with amazing views of Downtown Victoria, the Olympic Mountains and Pacific Ocean.

As soon as you step into the home, you will be mesmerized by the abundance of floor to ceiling windows providing amazing views throughout the main level of the house. Relax in the sunk-in formal living room with two way gas fireplace, enjoy a movie in the rec room off the kitchen with another gas fireplace or create a master piece in the well equipped kitchen. Access to the large patio can be found off the kitchen providing a tree top view of the neighbourhood, mountains, city and ocean.

A large glass block wall adjacent to the staircase to go to the upper level of the home provides fantastic natural light. All three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The very large Master bedroom has a queen size bed, large walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom with separate soaker tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and the third bedroom with a small pull out futon.

Bexhill Place is located in a fantastic and central location close to all amenities, yet situated in a quiet established neighbourhood. Many beaches are a five minute drive away, perfect for swimming in the summer and beach combing all year round. Lovely trail systems are also located very close by and when you're ready for some shopping, you are still only a 5 minute drive away from many grocery stores and shopping malls.
