Conveniently located in the heart of Victoria's city centre, this bright one bedroom executive condo is well appointed to provide both a comfortable and luxurious stay. The 180 degree unobstructed views of the city and surrounding area can be enjoyed from inside through the floor to ceiling windows or, by lounging outside on the balcony.

The Wave 7 Executive Condo is located in a modern building and the condo has been equipped with brand new furnishings. The open plan living space which includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition, the condo's open plan features two high definition TVs, comfortable leather couch and accent furniture, electric fireplace, work space desk, high speed wireless connection, fully equipped modern kitchen for cooking and meals can be eaten in the dining area or on the granite counter top breakfast bar, and a four seat dining table that take in the corner unit views of the city and mountains. In the master bedroom is a very comfortable king bed, plenty of closet space, work space desk and TV. For your convenience, there is a front load washing machine and dryer in the suite.

You will love this central location which provides excellent walking access to so many of the amenities and attractions in downtown Victoria and around the Inner Harbour has to offer. A fantastic grocery market, parks, theatres, coffee shops, and restaurants are all just steps from the building. It is ideal for both the business and vacation traveler. Free parking is included with this property, however not in the same building. Parking is located about 1 block away in a secure underground parking lot.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED
The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.
