Enjoy golfing at the famous Bear Mountain Resort featuring two 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed courses, award winning Sante Spa, tennis, fine restaurant, pub, lounge, and village area with coffee house. With Goldstream Provincial Park nearby, having numerous hiking and biking trails, there is no shortage of ways to enjoy British Columbia's beautiful outdoors.

After you are done for the day head out through the French doors to the main floor balcony, and fire up the Weber BBQ while enjoying a fantastic birds eye view of the Pacific Ocean and Olympic Mountains. While you are out on the deck don't forget to turn up the heat on the 6 person hot tub for a relaxing sunset soak. Inside the main floor you'll enjoy a large open gourmet kitchen complete with gas stove, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and large island with bar style seating. Two separate dining areas provides plenty of options for large parties of up to 12, with one located directly off the kitchen, and the second offering a more formal setting complete with gas fireplace.

The main living area is a spacious open design featuring a gas fireplace, 65 inch 4K curved TV with full cable, large comfortable chairs, and a sectional couch. A self-contained media room on the lower level featuring a large projection screen is perfect for late movies, or cheering for your favorite sports team without disrupting the other guests. High-speed Internet with WiFi is available throughout the house.

Only minutes from the Trans Canada Highway explore the South Vancouver Island area from this very central location. Butchart Gardens, ranked as one of the top display gardens in the World. Sidney by the Sea, a charming coastal community, where you can go whale watching and deep sea fishing. Check out the Cowichan Valley wine region to the northwest, the rugged and wild coastal ocean and rain forests of East Sooke and the West Coast Highway, or the old world charm of downtown Victoria with its numerous historic sites as well as modern stores and attractions.

Nature's Gate can be converted into two separate rental units during the low and shoulder seasons. Choose between a 4 bedroom and 3 bath main house configuration or a 2 bedroom and 1 bath suite on the lower level with private entry. During the summer months the house can only be rented exclusively as a whole.

Plenty of parking with three spots on the property as well as street parking available.

Important note as of May 17, 2017. There is construction of new homes happening close to the property. Please be aware that construction noise will be in the neighbourhood through the summer of 2017.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED
