Bear Mountain Executive Stay is a 3500 square foot custom built 4 bedroom 3 bathroom upper and main suited home with breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, Juan de Fuca Strait, San Juan Islands, the City of Victoria.

After you are done for the day head out through the French doors to the main floor balcony, and fire up the Weber BBQ while enjoying a fantastic birds eye view of the Pacific Ocean and Olympic Mountains.

While you are out on the deck do not forget to turn up the heat on the 6 person hot tub for a relaxing sunset soak.

A self-contained media room on the lower level featuring a large projection screen is perfect for late movies, or cheering for your favorite sports team without disrupting the other guests.

The lower level includes a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and another 4 piece bathroom.

Important Property Notes There is a separate suite located on the lower level of the vacation home. While the Main part of the House is being rented on this listing, the suite below will be rented separately.

The outdoor spaces are considered common areas when rented separately with the exception of the patio directly outside the media room door at lawn level. Both rentals have private entrances and separate laundry.

There is an option to rent the entire house 6 bedroom and 4 bathroom for the entire property.

Please be aware that Bear Mountain is still a community growing and please expect to hear construction noise from time to time.

Please note that there is a private caretaker's residence on the property.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED
The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary.
